INDIA

Program Management Officer - Bengaluru

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline processes across internal and programs both within the company and service partners- covering various teams in sales, technical, marketing, content, operation etc.
  • Manage finances, work plans and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals.
  • Identify and develop new activities for individual teams in collaboration with the respective Managers.
  • Carry out research as assigned and in support of ongoing internal and external programs and new initiatives.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports from conferences and discussion panels.
  • Oversee organization of meetings/events as needed.
  • Report to Director and assist him in running his office
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a professionally managed commercial environment.
  • Education: Minimum university degree. MBA would be added advantage.
  • Extensive grant proposal writing experience, and proven text-editing proficiency, ppt & excel skills.
  • Expert in documentation, guidance and metrics.
  • Experience in developing or supporting programs and business engagements.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including diplomacy, tact, and the ability to negotiate.
  • Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Proven ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple on-going assignments.

Field Application Engineer/ Technical Consultant - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi and Pune

Experience and Skills:

  • A software engineering/related graduate;
  • Several years' relevant work experience and successful track record in a commercial software, or development tools environment;
  • Hands-on experience in software development with C and C++;
  • Experience with Ada83/95 or Assemblers would be considered an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of both UNIX and Windows platforms;
  • A full driving license and a willingness to travel regularly at home and abroad;
  • Independence, sound judgement and good business sense, team working ability, analytical and problem-solving skills and resilience and tenacity required for:
    • Opportunity expert and evaluation support - to develop a complete understanding of all the technical aspects of a sales opportunity; support trial evaluations for prospective customers; and assist in the successful deployment at the customer site.
    • Technical lead for new opportunities - to develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations; respond to requests for proposals and requests for Information from prospective customers; present to interested engineers and engineering management at prospective customers; communicate with customers, prospects, partners, and the company to aid in the development of new products and features that meet customer needs more effectively.
    • Technical account manager - to provide consistent, proactive, technical leadership and expertise to ensure the success of the initial implementation and integration at a new customer; help grow each account to enterprise-wide adoption.

Account Manager - Hyderabad and Pune

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience and successful track record selling commercial software tools or embedded software solutions;
  • Minimum 50% travel required within territory;
  • Graduate in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working in the design/manufacture of embedded software solutions or with embedded standards (i.e. IEC 61508, IEC 62304, ISO 26262, DO-178C) is an advantage;
  • A full driving license and a willingness to travel regularly at home and abroad;
  • Independent and motivated sales professional skilled in sales plan development and execution required for

  • Tech savvy and Excellent writing skills would be added advantage so that he/ she can contribute with technical articles and publications

    • searching for new clients around the globe in multiple verticals like Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Rail, industrial, Medical and other Safety and Security critical markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and execute all web SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
