Sales Manager - LDRA Certification Services – Bengaluru

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience and successful track record in selling Consulting/ Software services into global embedded markets like Aerospace & defence, Automotive, Medical etc.
  • Graduate in Computer Science or related field, an MBA will be added advantage
  • Experience in project management concepts/principles.
  • Minimum 50% travel required within India and abroad
  • Experience working in the design/manufacture of embedded software solutions or with embedded standards (DO-178B/C, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, IEC 62304 etc) is an advantage;
  • A full driving license and a willingness to travel regularly at home and abroad;
  • Independent and motivated sales professional skilled in sales plan development and execution required for;
    • Hunter sales role in defined geography and target accounts;

Complex Hardware/System Specialist - Bengaluru

Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering from a leading institute with first class score throughout his/her career. Master Degree would be an added advantage.

Experience and Skills

  • Around 8-10 years’ experience and/or knowledge of FPGA/CPLD code development, validation, and verification, particularly based on RTCA/DO-254/ ISO 26262
  • Understanding and hands on of multi-core processor(ARM/DSP) /architecture/GPU architecture 
  • RTL design and functional simulation using Verilog and VHDL
  • Strong background and substantial experience in design implementation targeting FPGAs
  • Understanding of FPGA Architectures and Tools (Place & route, synthesis, timing)
  • Critically Review and provide feedback on the Design Implementations and verification plans and verify IP blocks for FPGA architectures
  • Hands on with Hardware design & development with 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers (Cortex / ARM and micro-controller) & peripherals
  • Understanding of communication protocols (I2C,CAN,SPI,Ethernet,RS-232,RS-485,AFDX,ARINC 429,MIL-1553B,JTAG,USB,OBD)
  • Experience in Firmware/ Device driver (highly desirable)

Responsibility:

  • The candidate would work with multiple stakeholders like a consultant, government agencies, private and public sector companies as a part of his/her tenure. The day to day responsibilities (representative but not exclusive) would be
  • DO-254 Training, white paper publication, liaising with customers, stakeholders, supporting global teams.
  • Perform hardware process compliance audits, gap analysis
  • Design/Develop/Update hardware specific life cycle data templates
  • Deployment of compliance management system to multiple stakeholders

Experience and Skills:

  • A software engineering/related graduate;

  • Hands-on experience in software development with C and C++;
  • Experience with Ada83/95 or Assemblers would be considered an asset;
